Shipping policy
LOST PACKAGES/DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
We are not responsible for packages lost due to wrong addresses, please make sure you write your address correctly. Please be sure to verify your address as your order will be shipped to the address on your order confirmation/receipt. This includes Paypal addresses. If the package is returned or needs to be reshipped for any reason other than our mistake, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fees.
USPS-UPS-DHL-FEDEX failures do not reflect how we treat our customers. What happens after the shipment leaves our warehouse is beyond our control.
If your order is shipped without insurance, funnytwist.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. We cannot replace or resend items purchased without insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, you may do so by selecting Priority Mail.
