Processing time
Every FunnyTwist gift is made by us at home. Orders ship the next business day after your order is placed.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates
- 🎁 Free shipping on all FunnyTwist Boxes.
- For all other items, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Delivery times
We ship with USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delays may happen during holidays or bad weather and are out of our control.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us for this reason, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or "delivered but not received" packages
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, please check with neighbors and wait 2–3 days, since packages sometimes show up late. If it still doesn't arrive, email us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
